Fauziyatu Moro is a historian and Ph.D. student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison specializing in 19th and 20thcentury West Africa. Her research interests include urban history, migration, popular culture, gender, and women’s history. Fauziyatu earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Ghana.
